The large rustic homestead is comfy and cosy, featuring open spaces, wood-fire heating and a magnificent verandah.  Comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool table and fully equipped kitchen.

Your Malroy experience will include our own eggs and seasonal veges.

Things to do

Malroy has friendly resident chickens, peacock and baby goats. Bush walking on our 120acre property, pool table, swimming in the dam. 15 minutes down the road you'll find Seal Rocks, Bluey's & Boomerang beaches, not to mention Australia's premier fishing spots on the 3 great lakes (Wallis, Smith's & Myall Lakes), boating windsurfing canoing, visit Great lakes winery, local; markets and various events.

How to get there:

Comfortable 3 hour drive north of Sydney on the Pacific Highway to Bulahdelah. 1km past Bulahdelah follow the sign to Seal Rocks, pacific Palms and Smiths Lake by turning right onto Lakes Way. Travel 24 kms to Wattley Hill Road where you turn left to Wootton. Approximately 2km down the road turn right into Topi Road. Malroy Farm is No.42.
