The Competition will commence at 10.00am.
Round One NAMS Tar Speed Series will be Conducted on the Old Pacific Highway (Wootton Way) Approx 1.5 kms North of O’Sullivan’s Retreat Roadhouse. This will necessitate closing the Road to All through traffic from 6.00am. to 6.00pm. With the following exceptions
1. The road will be opened briefly each half hour to allow Local Residents through
2. The road will be opened IMMEDIATELY for EMEGENCY SITUATIONS
In all cases Vehicles travelling through the competitive area will be escorted by a Safety car.
COMPETITORS. Up to 80 Competitors with some of Australia’s best drivers are expected to take part in the event, Vehicles ranging from Standard road cars to Specialised race cars.
SPECTATORS. Spectators can Enter from the South near O’Sullivan’s Retreat Roadhouse. Adequate parking and a shuttle bus service will be available to assist with the walk between the spectator park and spectating point. Spectator points are also available if you enter from the North. Information pamphlets about competitors and their vehicles will be provided at the road closure points at a cost of $5 per Person, accompanied children under 12 years of age FREE, proceeds will go to charity IE: the Westpac Rescue Helicopter and other Charities.

HELICOPTER JOY FLIGHTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM NEAR THE START LINE
FOR A COST OF $50pp. When and If they are not at an emergency.
Spectator gates open at 8.00am Sunday 13th March, 2005.
REFRESHMENTS. BBQ style breakfast and lunch will be available at both north and
south spectator points.
PERMITS. Permission Permits have been granted by Police, Great Lakes Council and Confederation of Australian Motorsport.
